Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Mizu / Made by Mizu handles information in connection with Jigsaw Girl Collection.

The app does not require a user account. Puzzle order, completion history, settings, and other game data are stored primarily on the device.

Information Processed

• App launches, screen views, illustration-card placement and selection, and enlarged-image views
• Puzzle starts, completions and exits, move counts, elapsed time, ratings, and related usage information
• Ad loading, display, impressions, interactions, delivery results, and ad revenue information when the optional revenue feature is enabled
• App version, device model, operating system, language, IP address, approximate region, network, and general technical information
• App-instance identifiers, Advertising ID where available, App Set ID, Google Play Install Referrer, install information, and advertising-attribution information
• Consent status and privacy choices related to advertising and measurement

The app does not ask users to enter their name, postal address, contacts, photographs, or precise location.

Purposes

• Operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving the app
• Analyzing selection, completion, rating, and retention rates by illustration, art style, and display position
• Serving ads, measuring ad performance and revenue, and preventing fraud
• Measuring install sources, CPI, sessions, and retention
• Responding to user inquiries

Third-Party Services

The app uses the following third-party services. Each provider may process information according to the user's consent choices, device settings, and the provider's terms and privacy policy.

• Google Mobile Ads (AdMob): advertising and ad-performance or revenue measurement
• Google User Messaging Platform (UMP): consent and privacy-choice management
• Google Analytics for Firebase (GA4): usage and in-app event analytics
• Tenjin: install attribution, sessions, retention, and in-app event measurement
• AppLovin / Axon: campaign-attribution matching through Tenjin. The AppLovin SDK and MAX are not embedded in this app.
• Google Play: app distribution and Google Play Install Referrer

Consent and Privacy Choices

Where required, the app presents a consent form through UMP. Where available, users can revisit their selection from “Privacy Options” in the in-app menu.

The app is configured to prevent Tenjin and GA4 measurement communications while consent is unresolved or denied. Depending on the user's choice and applicable law, non-personalized or limited ads may still be served.

Retention, Deletion, and International Processing

Local game data remains until the app data or the app is removed. Data processed by third-party services is retained according to each provider's settings and policies.

Made by Mizu does not create its own user account for this app, so there is no in-app account to delete. Questions about data or deletion requests relating to support inquiries may be sent to the contact address below.

Information may be processed outside the user's country of residence, including in countries where third-party service providers operate facilities.

Children's Privacy

The app is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not specifically directed to children under 13.

Security

Reasonable technical and operational measures are used to help protect processed information from unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure.

Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated when app features, SDKs, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be announced on this page or in the app where appropriate.
