Privacy Policy

Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Mizu / Made by Mizu processes information in connection with Jigsaw Girl Collection.

User Accounts and Local Save Data

The app does not require an email address, password, social login, or any other user account. Made by Mizu does not create a separate player account.

Puzzle order, completion history, and related progress are stored locally on the device. Removing the app may remove this local data.

Information Processed

The app may process the following information through Google Analytics for Firebase, Google Mobile Ads (AdMob), Google User Messaging Platform (UMP), and Tenjin:

• App launches, screen views, selected illustrations, puzzle starts, completions, exits, restarts, move counts, elapsed time, ratings, and music settings
• Ad impressions, interactions, delivery results, and related technical information
• Diagnostic information such as app or SDK performance, app launch time, and technical errors
• App version, device model, operating system version, language, general technical information, IP address, and approximate region derived from network information
• App instance identifiers, installation information, device or other identifiers, Advertising ID where available, App Set ID, and install-referrer attribution information
• Consent status and privacy choices related to advertising and data processing

The app does not ask users to provide their name, postal address, contacts, photographs, or precise location.

Purposes of Processing

• Operate and maintain the app
• Understand app usage and improve gameplay, stability, and presentation
• Measure installation sources and marketing performance
• Investigate bugs and provide support

Third-Party Services

The app uses Google Analytics for Firebase, Google Mobile Ads (AdMob), and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP), provided by Google LLC. AdMob may display banner ads at the bottom of the play screen and full-screen ads after stage completion. Google may process the information described above under its own terms, the user's consent choices, and privacy policies.

The app also uses Tenjin, provided by Tenjin, Inc., to measure installations, sessions, retention, in-app events, and advertising attribution. AppLovin / Axon may be used as an advertising acquisition channel. The AppLovin SDK and AppLovin MAX are not embedded in the app; campaign attribution is performed through Tenjin and install-referrer or identifier information where permitted.

Sharing and Sale of Data

Information may be transmitted to Google and Tenjin for analytics, advertising, attribution, consent management, diagnostics, fraud prevention, security, and compliance. Attribution results may be made available to an advertising channel such as AppLovin / Axon. Made by Mizu does not sell personal information. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect users, the app, or legal rights.

Retention and Deletion

Local save data remains on the device until it is cleared or the app is removed. Analytics retention follows the settings and policies of the production Firebase project. Because the app has no user account, Made by Mizu may not be able to associate analytics records with a particular person. Questions or deletion requests can be sent to the contact address below.

Children's Privacy

The app is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not specifically directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us.

Security and International Processing

Reasonable measures are used to protect information. Data handled by third-party services may be processed in countries other than the user's country of residence, subject to applicable safeguards and service-provider policies.

Changes

This policy may be updated when the app, services, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.
