Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Mizu / Made by Mizu handles information in connection with JigVideo.

User Accounts

The app does not require users to create an account with an email address, password, or social login.

Made by Mizu does not create its own user account or anonymous player ID. Game progress is mainly handled as local save data on the device.

Store Privacy and Data Safety Disclosures

The App Store App Privacy information and Google Play Data safety information for this app are prepared and maintained to match this Privacy Policy and the actual behavior of the app and third-party SDKs included in the app.

If the app, SDKs, data collection, data sharing, or purposes of use change, the store disclosures and this Privacy Policy will be reviewed and updated as needed.

Information Processed

The app may process the following information to provide the app, display ads, analyze usage, investigate issues, confirm purchases, and provide support:

  • Device information such as device type, device model, operating system version, app version, language settings, and approximate region
  • Network and technical information such as IP address, diagnostics, performance information, and related technical data
  • Identifiers such as advertising ID, IDFA where permitted, App Set ID where applicable, app instance identifiers, installation identifiers, or similar identifiers used by third-party SDKs
  • App interactions, gameplay events, stage progress, hint use, and in-game coin changes
  • Ad-related information such as ad impressions, ad clicks, rewarded ad events, ad measurement information, and consent status
  • Crash logs, error logs, and diagnostic information
  • Purchase-related information such as product ID, purchase status, order ID, transaction ID, or receipt information
  • Support-related information such as email address, inquiry content, screenshots, app version, device information, OS version, store, order ID, or transaction ID when voluntarily provided by the user

Advertising, Analytics, and Consent

The app may use advertising, analytics, and consent management services to display ads, measure app usage, understand gameplay trends, analyze retention, manage user consent choices, prevent fraud, and maintain app quality.

These services may process information such as device information, advertising identifiers, App Set ID where applicable, app interactions, gameplay events, ad impressions, ad clicks, rewarded ad events, diagnostics, language settings, approximate region, IP address, and consent status.

On Android and iOS, the app may use Unity Ads as an advertising source through Google AdMob Mediation. Unity Ads delivery is controlled according to the user's region, consent choices, and device privacy settings.

The app uses Tenjin to measure acquisition sources and install performance. On Android, the app may use Google Play Install Referrer and advertising identifiers available under the user's consent choices and operating-system settings. On iOS, the app may use IDFA when ATT permission is granted and may use aggregated SKAdNetwork / AdAttributionKit measurement.

For advertising campaigns run through AppLovin Axon, the Tenjin integration may aggregate or match campaign, click or impression, install, app-open, limited in-app event, and advertising-cost information. The current app does not include an AppLovin adapter for Google AdMob Mediation and does not use AppLovin as an in-app ad source. If this changes, the publisher account, SDK key, consent handling, and serving configuration will be completed and this policy and the store disclosures will be updated before release.

On iOS, if the app uses the IDFA or tracks activity across other companies' apps or websites, the app will request permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt where required. If the user does not grant tracking permission, the app will not use the IDFA for tracking and will not restrict core gameplay because of that choice. The app will not use probabilistic device matching or fingerprinting to identify users who have not granted ATT permission.

Media Delivery

The app downloads stage videos, images, and delivery manifests over HTTPS from Cloudflare content-delivery services. Cloudflare may process the IP address, request time, device or network technical information, and requested file path for content delivery and security.

The app does not send game save data, coin balances, or purchase receipts as part of media-delivery requests.

Purchases and Payments

The app offers optional one-time in-app purchase packs related to ad removal.

Purchases are processed by the App Store or Google Play. Mizu / Made by Mizu does not collect or store credit card numbers or other payment card details.

For purchase confirmation, restoration, troubleshooting, and support, purchase-related information such as product ID, purchase status, order ID, transaction ID, or receipt information may be processed. Local app records do not retain raw order IDs, transaction IDs, purchase tokens, or receipt bodies; they use limited information such as hashes needed for matching.

Third-Party Services

The app uses the following third-party services:

  • Google AdMob
  • Unity Ads (AdMob Mediation on Android and iOS)
  • Google Analytics for Firebase (Android and iOS)
  • Firebase Crashlytics
  • Google User Messaging Platform SDK
  • Tenjin (mobile measurement and advertising attribution)
  • AppLovin Axon (advertising campaign delivery and measurement)
  • Cloudflare content-delivery services
  • App Store / StoreKit
  • Google Play Billing

Firebase Crashlytics may process crash reports, Android ANRs, native failures, device, OS and app-version information, the current screen, mode and stage, and a bounded set of recent in-app events for diagnostics. Support-message contents and game save data are not sent as crash information.

These third-party services may process information according to their own terms and privacy policies. Mizu / Made by Mizu does not sell users' personal information.
