I purchased Remove Ads, but ads are still shown.

Please try "Restore Purchases" in the app. If the issue continues, contact support with your store, purchase date, and order ID or transaction ID if available.

How do I restore Remove Ads?

Sign in with the same store account and use "Restore Purchases" in the app.

My purchase is not reflected.

Check your network connection and try again after a short wait. If the issue continues, contact support with purchase details.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled according to the App Store or Google Play process.

How can I report a translation issue?

Please contact support with the screen, language, displayed text, and suggested correction if available.

Do I need to delete an account?

In the initial release, Egg Rescue!! does not require an email, password, or social login account. There is no Made by Mizu user account to delete.
