Scope and game

These terms apply to Jigsaw Cute: Anime Card Puzzle, provided by Made by Mizu. Last updated: September 15, 2026. They are separate from the terms for JigVideo and other games.

Eligibility and agreement

The game is intended for ages 13 and older. Obtain a parent’s or guardian’s approval if required for agreement in your jurisdiction. No account registration is required. Where the game requests agreement to these terms, agreement is given through that action. Any consent required for analytics or advertising is handled separately from agreement to these terms.

Price, ads, and connection

The game is free with ads and has no in-app purchases or subscriptions. Your provider’s data charges may apply. Downloads, ads, and some date or period checks require an internet connection. Rewarded-ad benefits are granted after the advertising service confirms that the reward was earned. Ads may be unavailable because of inventory, region, consent, or network conditions.

Progress and saves

Progress is saved locally on your device. The initial version does not provide cloud saves or transfers between devices. Clearing app data or uninstalling can remove progress. Contact support before doing either when investigating a problem. The game does not silently overwrite an unreadable save with initial empty progress.

Content and availability periods

Completed normal levels cannot be replayed. Acquired normal collection artwork can be viewed in the Album. Events are available during their announced periods; there is no in-game Event artwork gallery after an event ends.

Artwork may be corrected or replaced, including to address errors or rights issues. Level progress, completion records, and access earned through ads are retained; only an affected unfinished board restarts at its next entry. For material service changes or discontinuation, we will provide advance notice in the app, on the official website, or by another appropriate means where practicable, and take steps required by applicable law.

Artwork use and export

Rights in the game, artwork, audio, and other materials belong to their respective rights holders. The in-app JPEG export feature permits personal viewing. It does not grant permission to redistribute, sell, or commercially use the materials. Separately applicable asset licenses and uses permitted by law remain subject to their own conditions.

The game does not read back, overwrite, or delete JPEGs after export. App-private cache cleanup does not extend to exported photos.

Prohibited conduct

Do not violate others’ rights or applicable law, gain unauthorized access to or disrupt the game or delivery services, fraudulently alter ad rewards or progress, or impersonate others in support requests. This clause does not restrict conduct protected by applicable law.

Problems and responsibility

Bugs, network failures, or maintenance may interrupt availability. We work to address problems and provide guidance, but do not promise uninterrupted operation on every device or guaranteed recovery of lost data. Made by Mizu’s responsibility is governed by applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and do not limit your mandatory consumer rights.
